Tai Chi for Health & Wellness Workshop

Celebrate International Tai Chi Day with us by practicing Tai Chi for Health and Wellness.
Tai Chi is an effective slow-moving exercise to improve physical and mental health. It can be done seated or standing. It mimics Martial Arts moves, done slowly to exercise the entire body and strengthen the mind. It improves your immunities, relieves stress and anxiety, and makes you feel better about yourself.
