Civil War Encampment Demonstration

Visit an actual Civil War Encampment right here at Knights Park. See the soldier’s tents, weapons, how they cooked, and what they carried with them in their knapsack. Watch as the 10th Illinois Regiment brings history to life by portraying soldiers from the area who enlisted during the Civil War. Stop in for a visit, they camp out all weekend!
