Huskies On Parade

Huskies on Parade is an The uplifting public art project that seeks to capture the vibrancy of the united community of DeKalb, Illinois, and Northern Illinois University.  Fiberglass Huskies have been transformed into creative representations of the unique attributes of the DeKalb/Sycamore region. The project was started to acknowledge and enhance the bond between NIU and the community after the tragedy of February 14, 2008.

As businesses move and the huskies have changed ownership, this map may not be 100% accurate, but many of them are still in their original locations.
