The Flag Day Car Show

HyVee and FunME Events will be hosting a special event; The Flag Day Car Show: Honoring the National Ensign and Military Veterans.

Active Military Recruiters: It is kindly requested that any representatives who attend be in uniform to inspire and connect with the attendees. As a small token of appreciation, your lunch will be sponsored at the Hy-Vee Deli or Market Grille (register today).

What to Expect at this Car Show – Veteran Event:

·  A Car Show featuring up to 80 cars with ‘trophies’ for the winners

·  A stunning Crane Flag Display

·  Delicious food trucks serving the community

·  Local vendors, with priority given to veteran-owned businesses

·  Military recruiters and local veteran organizations (including DAR, VA, Be The One, and DeKalb County Veterans)

·  A live performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by Mike Tritle

·  A flyover by local WWII vintage planes

·  Live radio broadcast by 102.3 The Coyote

·  a guest speaker
