Goat Yoga at Midwest Sportsplex

The adorable goats from Blue Sky Goat Yoga Farm in Sugar Grove, IL are returning to Midwest Sportsplex for yoga. Enjoy a relaxing yet fun hour of Slow Flow Yoga with “the kids” climbing on you and then 1 hour of just cuddle time with the cuties! This program is appropriate for ages 12+.
