Community Ofrenda: Papel Picado & Marigold Creations

Adults are invited to drop-in throughout the day to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! Help Adult Services create decor for Sycamore Public Library’s Day of the Dead ofrenda. Head to the second floor to create traditional Papel Picado banners and tissue paper marigolds-to add to our community ofrenda! On display from Oct 15th-Nov 2nd.
Be sure to come back on Nov 2nd to see the final ofrenda set up, watch a screening of Coco and to decorate real iced sugar skulls!
