Afternoon Tea at Genoa Guest House

Join the Genoa Guest House for an Afternoon Tea! This winter they are offering a seating on the third Sunday of January, February, and March. Winter Tea will be January 19th, at 1:00 p.m. Seating is limited. Secure your reservation by calling 847-792-1435.

Here’s a peek at some of the menu …

The January Tea menu includes all the cozy warm comfort treats, starting with a creamy Tomato Bisque paired with a perfect gourmet grilled cheese. (More American than English, but perfect on a winter afternoon.)

From there, Ginger Cream Scones served with Winter Jam, Clotted Cream, and Lemon Curd. Sweet treats will include a luscious spice cake with a bourbon orange glaze, chocolate and berry trifle, and nut roll.
