The DeKalb Park District is excited to host the 20th annual DeKalb Kite Fest! This event is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and see amazing kites fly in the air. Watch as pilots bring you dazzling displays of kite flying. Demonstrate your flying abilities and bring your own kite or purchase one on-site (while supplies last). Â
