Celebrate Grandparents
October 5 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Inspired by the Chinese Double Ninth Festival, also known as the Senior Citizen’s Festival, the DeKalb Public Library will celebrate the bonds that unite us across generations. Drop in any time between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. to drink chrysanthemum tea and make a kite and grandparents day card with Linda Ma, during this special program honoring our senior community members.
This event is free and open to all and requires no registration.
