Sandwich Stone Mill Museum and Historical Society

Housed in a former stone mill in Sandwich, Illinois, the Sandwich Stone Mill Museum and Historical Society museum showcases items from the area, including a room dedicated to Native American artifacts. A 24′ long mural depicts the different eras of American Indians, and a buffalo hide nearby depicts the daily life of a tribe. Open Sundays 1-4 pm from April to October. Tours are scheduled by appointment.
