Historical Markers of DeKalb County Tours

The DeKalb Area Agricultural Heritage Association (DAAHA) presents three self-guided driving tours of the 29 historical markers within the county that mark significant events. These tours focus on historical markers that commemorate an event or person of significant historical interest, differing from the National Register of Historic Places that recognizes significant buildings. Although we don’t recommend the self guided driving tours under the Stay-At-Home order, you can virtually tour and learn about each location. Download the PDF booklet

The Art Box Gallery – Online viewing

New Featured Artist: A solo exhibition of paintings by Charlotte Rollman, will be on display at The Art Box gallery in downtown DeKalb from April 6th through May 30th.  The gallery will be closed to the public until the
Illinois Stay-At-Home edict is lifted, however, Rollman’s paintings  can be viewed online. Check out Rollman’s work and other featured artists here.
