It may sound hilarious, but it’s also healthy! Laughter Yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter and is based on the belief that this provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Join us as we split into groups and forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
Emily Hummel has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), practicing in Northern Illinois and the Chicago suburbs since 1995.
