Brighten Your Holidays with “A Very Electric Christmas” at the Egyptian!
Come Saturday, December 20th, school is finally out; Christmas is only five days away; it’s time to celebrate! Bring the whole family to the Egyptian Theatre in Downtown DeKalb for Lightwire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas!”
This show is guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages. It’s a magical and captivating tale of family, friendship, and hope set to timeless holiday hits, including songs by Nat King Cole, Mariah Carey, and Tchaikovsky.
The story follows a young bird named Max and his family as they begin their journey south for the winter. When Max gets blown off course and ends up at the North Pole, his adventure begins! Dancing toy soldiers, caroling worms, and performing poinsettias light up the stage in a breathtaking spectacle of holiday fun.
Lightwire Theater is internationally recognized for their electroluminescent artistry, poignant storytelling, and incredible ability to perform in complete darkness. The magic begins at 7:30. This production is a one-night-only event you DO NOT want to miss. Reserve your tickets today!
