SUMMARY:International Cheese Tasting
DESCRIPTION:Some are smelly\, some are sweet\, but when it comes to cheese\, flavor can’t be beat! \nTravel to the library for a sampling of cheeses from around the world. Ranging from bitter to sweet\, subtle to pungent\, cheeses display a variety of flavors unrivaled by most other foods. Learn how to pair your cheeses with drinks (like wine) and how to incorporate cheese into your meals. \nParticipants will be able to sample cheeses while supplies last. This program is first come\, first served. All ages are welcome. \nThis program is sponsored by Camelot Care Center.
