DESCRIPTION:Save the Date – Counseling and Consultation Services and Employee Well-being proudly presents NIU’s annual Wellness Fair hosted on Wednesday\, April 16th from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm in the Holmes Student Center’s Duke Ellington Ballroom.  All are invited to attend and engage in the variety of free opportunities offered at the fair. Campus and community partners will provide attendees with interactive activities\, services\, and information focused on “Healthy Body\, Healthy Mind and Healthy Spirit.” Additional interactive wellness opportunities include free workshops featuring healthy eating\, fitness tips\, mental health support training\, and more. A release for staff will be granted and more information will be announced in the following weeks. The NIU Wellness Fair is offered in partnership with and sponsorship by the Presidential Commission on Well-being. \n \nInterested in hosting a table at the fair? DESCRIPTION:Reality Bytes is NIU’s International Short Film Festival! \nIt will take place April 15 and 16\, during this time\, various short films from students around the world will be showcased. \nThe first night will take place at Cole Hall on Campus from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. \nThe second night will be held at Egyptian Theatre from 7:00 until 10:00 PM. \nThe event is free and open to the public\, there will be opportunities to win some prizes. \nThis year there were more than 100 submissions from students from around the world. \nOn the second night the winner will be announced for the following categories: Narrative\, Documentary\, Animation\, and High School Submission. \nThis will be the festival’s 24th edition.
