Life can be stressful, we all know that, and there are many ways to practice self-care. One way that has be scientifically been supported to increase your mood and overall relaxation is yoga. This class will focus on beginner level yoga with guided meditation as well.
No experience is required. Yoga is for everyone and everyBODY, all you have to do is try! Please wear something comfortable and easy to move in and bring your own mat! This free event is intended for adults.
