Songwriting by Design w/ Dan the Bard

Tuesday, March 28, 2017

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Dan the Bard returns for another awesome program at the library! Dan is an accomplished songwriter with 10 published CDs of fun and original music. He performs very funny songs at libraries, Comicons, and Renaissance Faires.

In this program, Dan will take the audience on a collaborative journey to write a song, including lyrics, general melody, and chords. That’s right, the audience will help compose a new and original song! Dan will also perform some of his most popular songs including “Pete the Polymorpher”, “The Owlbear Song”, and “Zombie Apocalypse Love Story.” All of his music is appropriate for all ages.

This music is especially appropriate if you like folk music, Renaissance Music, Dungeons and Dragons, Doctor Who, Comics, Star Wars, Star Trek, Anime, Steampunk and “General Nerd Culture.”

This program is FREE and open to all, everyone is welcome! No registration is required!
