Ancestry Library Edition Basics

Friday, July 5, 2019

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Researching family history can be difficult and expensive, especially if you’re not able to travel. There’s a wealth of records available on Ancestry Library Edition, but the database can be a bit overwhelming. Learn the basics of how to search for records related to your family and how to save them to refer to later. Follow along with the presentation and take notes or bring your own laptop to access Ancestry Library Edition during the workshop.

Join us for this introduction to Ancestry Library Edition and also to learn about the new genealogy tools coming to the library!

The program is FREE and does not require registration. For more information, please visit http://dkpl.org/event/ancestry-library-edition-basics-2/ or contact Britta at brittak@dkpl.org or (815) 756-9568 ext. 2150
